Studio One Eleven invested 2,500,000 into the new office space. Improvements included streetscape and façade improvements for new retailers that comprise of restaurants, the first distillery in Long Beach, and retail, all designed by Studio One Eleven.

Intended to encourage collaboration, innovation and community everyone is seated in custom designed works stations in an open environment with only one dedicated office for human resources.

Scattered amid the workstations are free standing conference rooms that delineate teams and provide project pin up space. A mezzanine wraps the perimeter of the space, creating a “bridgewalk” overlook with lounges, workspaces and break out rooms. The loading dock has been converted into a private patio with a fire pit, seating made from shipping pallets, and an edible green wall with future plans for a shipping container that will serve as an outdoor conference room and bar.
