Lincoln & Rose
Venice, CA

The Lincoln & Rose project rehabilitated an existing single story retail center made up of five pad buildings constructed over several decades along Lincoln Boulevard, a major arterial in Venice, CA. The primary objective was to increase the continuity of uses along the commercial frontage and create a distinctive and innovative building exterior to increase visibility from the street. Pedestrian circulation and accommodations within the site were improved, including the addition of an outdoor dining area connected to the Whole Foods market which anchors the project.
